5 /5 Kaushal Rajnish: We had our office party here yesterday and the experience was absolutely fantastic. From the food to the ambiance and overall service, everything was perfect. We truly enjoyed every moment. I usually don’t write reviews, but this place impressed me so much that I couldn’t stop myself from sharing my experience. If you are a fan of Indian food, this is honestly one of the best places around. The Chilli Paneer and Chaat is a must-try, and the main course was equally delicious and full of authentic flavours. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for excellent Indian food in Hounslow. Definitely worth a visit!

5 /5 Shaan Randhawa: I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Charisma Restaurant, Bar & Banqueting, and I genuinely can’t find a single fault. The food was absolutely incredible. The starters alone set the bar very high. The chilli paneer was out of this world — perfectly cooked, full of flavour, and easily one of the best I’ve had. I also tried a chaat and the aloo tikki, both of which were delicious, beautifully seasoned, and incredibly moreish. The mains were just as impressive. The chicken curry was rich and full of flavour, paired perfectly with fresh naan bread, rice, daal, and raita. Everything tasted fresh, authentic, and expertly prepared — every single dish was amazing. The environment and atmosphere were fantastic. The venue is stylish and welcoming, with a great layout. The dance floor was brilliant, creating such a lively and fun energy, and the music and ambience were spot on all night. The drinks and alcohol selection were perfect as well — well served and complemented the evening beautifully. From the food to the atmosphere to the overall experience, everything exceeded expectations. If you’re looking for a venue that delivers exceptional food, great vibes, and an unforgettable experience, I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough.

1 /5 Jas Kainth: Poor customer service. I ordered a surprise bag on the too good to go app to collect on Sunday morning and when I turned up, the restaurant was closed. I rang the number on the door and the man said we dont do surprise bags anymore. I was really disappointed with the customer service.. there wasnt even an apology. if this was the case the restaurant should have informed me rather than taking payment. I wont be ordering from this restaurant again. Waste of time and journey.
