2 /5 Nate Bailey: Where do I even begin?
Last year, I had a somewhat disappointing experience, but to their credit, the store made it right.
Today, I received an email about the new “Thursday offer: Buy One, Get One Free.” So, I decided to give it a try and paid £10.99 for two bowls. However, when I checked my bag, I noticed that I wasn’t given the usual-sized bowls I’ve purchased in the past. Instead, I received two significantly smaller ones.
Experiences like this drive customers away. What’s the point of having an offer if you’re just going to downsize the portions? If the owner sees this, your food is decent but overpriced. More importantly, you lose credibility when you advertise a “Buy One, Get One Free” deal while knowingly using smaller portions. I know what the normal bowl size is, and anyone reading these reviews can compare photos and see the difference.
Do better.
