1 /5 Natalie Summerfield: Would give 0 stars if possible. Made an order online - took the money but the order didnt go to the restaurant. Phoned them to be told theres nothing they can do. They even suggested I was ordering from the wrong website or theyd never met me before so I could be lying. I offered to drive to the restaurant, show the order and the money taken from my account. Manager is rude, he suggested I take it up with the website and find information from there. He had 4 more calls coming through and it wasnt his problem. Then he ended the call. Apparently, theyve been there 15 years so he isnt fussed about a bad review. Takes your money and then refuses to fulfil an order you can prove. I should take it up with the middle man? Asked who that was. He didnt know.
