Kona Afternoon Tea - Westminster

Rating: 4.5 /5
Kavya Raj We had booked the Taj Afternoon tea experience for a special occasion and went for Midsummer night and Jasmine afternoon tea options each. We absolutely loved every single second of this experience from being greeted by the lovely staff the second we walked in, the tiny surprises to being taken through the story of how this came to be to finish off our experience. Both Abi and Pavithra made our occasion extra special with their service, particularly their attention to detail and care shown was amazing. Taj experience is always special, but this one went above and beyond. It was more than what we could have asked for!!

7Bone Burger Co. Southampton -

Rating: 4.5 /5
DanYul 2 Tha G If you’re after a place that takes comfort food to the next level, 7Bone Burger in Southampton absolutely delivers. I recently stopped by and ordered the Shuffle Oklahoma Burger, and honestly, it was one of the juiciest, most flavour-packed burgers I’ve ever had. Crammed with succulent tipple smash patties, molten cheese, and perfectly crispy bacon, every bite was a glorious mess of savoury, smoky goodness. The sides took things even further. The truffle bacon mac & cheese was pure indulgence – creamy, rich, and laced with just the right hit of truffle. The crispy tater tots were golden and addictive, and the fried chicken tacos were a brilliant surprise: crunchy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and bursting with flavour. The Kim Jong Wan wings brought a spicy, tangy kick that perfectly balanced out the richness of the meal. To top it all off, I washed everything down with a thick chocolate fudge brownie milkshake — decadent, sweet, and the perfect ending to a feast that hit every craving
smoke & pepper leyton

Smoke & Pepper (Leyton) -

Rating: 4.2 /5
Mueen H We visited Smoke & Pepper in Leyton and tried their newly launched ‘The Flying Dutchman’ burger, along with their popular Big Smoke and Brisket Burger with Gravy. We also ordered the Korean Loaded Fries and Brisket Loaded Fries. The food was of good quality, freshly prepared, and full of flavour. As everything is made to order, we had a 20-minute wait, which was reasonable. We also tried the Pacha Mojito, which was just about okay and didn’t quite match the quality of the food. The venue is relatively small, with seating for around 20–30 people, so we had to wait briefly as it was busy. Burger portions were on the smaller side, but the fries were served in generous portions. The prices were fair for the quality, and based on our visit, we’d be happy to return to try more from the menu.

Urban Cafe & Bistro - Camden

Rating: 4.9 /5
LF L This restaurant is a hidden gem in Highbury. I had an outstanding dinner the other night. I highly recommend the tagliatelle with lamb ragù, which was perfect with amazing flavour and texture. The kitchen kindly adapted the dish for a lactose intolerance without compromising the taste. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, which made the evening even more enjoyable. The intimate décor makes the place ideal for a date night with your significant other. Highly recommended for both the food and the service.

The Snapery East - Hackney

Daria Dikovskaya INSANE pain suisse. Trust me (I go at least once a week). After trying all the bakeries & coffee shops in the London Fields, Hackney Central and Cambridge Heath areas, Snapery East remains the best one.
