3 /5 Sam Egerton-Kemp: Came to celebrate my friend’s neighbours 60th birthday. We decided on the classical Indian for some good food and atmosphere. We arrived and sat down. The young waiter came to take our drinks order. My friend and I ordered a pint each of pineapple juice and lemonade. I made sure the waiter was informed that I’d like the lemonade fresh and fizzy. The drinks arrived and I tasted mine and straight away, it was flat. No fizz at all. I called the waiter back embarrassingly and explained. He nodded and walked off… Didn’t return. We eventually had 2 more friends who joined us and when their drink order got taken, I asked for new lemonade and pineapple juice as they were flat. He was confused and I said I wanted it fizzy… He went away and brought back 2 1/2 pints of pineapple and lemonade. Fizzy? Nope, it seemed like it was the pint we drank from was just poured into 2 1/2 pint glasses. I was going to complain but decided not to for the sake of embarrassing my friends. The young waiter didn’t understand that I wanted fresh fizzy lemonade out of a new bottle! Why can’t Diwali not invest in a draught or pump machine for the lemonade, coke or fanta?? This would help massively and give people a better drink. The food was of course out of this world and so fresh and tasty. Hats off to the chefs for great food but no hats off to the staff except the manager who disappeared for most of the evening.

5 /5 Kul Kandel: I have been at many restaurants and tried lots of curry.This one is still my favorite.Food is always amazing,fresh and a portion is huge.(I meant that!) The owners are lovely,too. Recommend it to everybody who wants to eat a nice,proper curry!

5 /5 Brian Alvarez: First time eating a proper meal at an Indian restaurant and wow! What a great meal. Service was amazing. They were there at your every need. The potato naan (like a pita bread with little pieces of potatoes) was excellent. I also got the fried egg rice since it is close to fried rice in the states. For the meat, I got chicken tisala (not sure on spelling sorry) and it was really good. Mix the chicken and rice together and use your naan to compliment it, and you have an amazing meal! Will definitely return and give it a go again. Try it!

What should have been a pleasant dining experience turned into an extremely frustrating and unpleasant encounter due to the unprofessional conduct of your staff. Firstly, the waiter who served our table was notably rude and dismissive throughout our interaction. When we were served three visibly flat glasses of Coca-Cola, we politely informed the waiter and requested replacements. Instead of addressing the issue courteously, the waiter began arguing in an unprofessional manner, insisting that the issue was not the restaurant’s responsibility but rather the fault of the Coca-Cola company. To make matters worse, the waiter even suggested that we contact the Coca-Cola company ourselves to lodge a complaint, which was both absurd and unacceptable. As paying customers, it is certainly not our duty to resolve such issues — it is the restaurant’s responsibility to ensure the quality of the products and service provided. This experience left a lasting negative impression. The lack of accountability, coupled with the dismissive and disrespectful attitude of your staff, reflects poorly on the overall management and service standards of your establishment. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and addressed promptly. I would appreciate a formal response outlining the steps you intend to take to ensure that incidents like this do not occur again. 1 /5 Tyler Franzmann: MUST SEE!! the food we received in our order made me and my partner violently ill, I’m not talking sick a couple of times it’s been a whole day I’m still toilet camping. I never leave a review and do not fall for the fake reviews either. It’s clear the negligence for food safety is minimal. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
