Dion Shan An incredible evening at Luso – made perfect by Bec!
We had such a fantastic experience at Luso. The restaurant itself has a beautiful atmosphere – lively, elegant and welcoming – but what truly made the evening exceptional was our server, Bec.
Bec was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. She was warm, attentive and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Her recommendations were spot on, the pacing of the meal was perfect, and she made the whole experience feel effortless and genuinely special. You can tell she takes real pride in giving guests a memorable evening, and it made such a difference.
The food was phenomenal. The beef croquettes were rich and perfectly crisp, the lagoustines were beautifully cooked and incredibly fresh, and the lobster pastry was indulgent and full of flavour. The lobster rice was absolutely spectacular – easily one of the standout dishes of the night. The ribeye was cooked perfectly and incredibly tender, and we finished with the chocolate mousse, which was the perfect ending to an amazing meal.
Great food is one thing, but when it’s paired with service like Bec’s, it becomes a truly memorable experience. She is an absolute credit to Luso and made our evening feel special from beginning to end.
