4 /5 TCU: Had a really lovely evening at FIGO. The ambience is genuinely 10/10 — warm, cosy, and very inviting. It’s a very cute location, and they also have outdoor seating, which I can imagine would be perfect in the summertime.
The food overall was good and comforting, with true Italian flavours. We went for pizza (as Italians are usually a safe bet for that), and while it was nice and absolutely edible, we did have high expectations. Looking back, we slightly regretted not trying the pasta or spaghetti instead — those felt like they might have been the real standout dishes.
Cocktails were nice, but for me personally, they could have been a little stronger — probably just my preference, but worth mentioning.
Service was a real highlight. The lady who looked after us at the start (I didn’t catch her name) was so friendly and welcoming, and Simone, who finished our service, was absolutely brilliant — attentive, warm, and genuinely lovely. They really added to the experience.
Location-wise, it’s spot on. Right by Westfield Stratford with loads of parking just across the road, which makes it super convenient.
Overall, a lovely restaurant with a great vibe. I’d happily go back — next time, I’ll definitely be trying the pasta.
