1 /5 nima momenzadeh: The only reason I’m giving 1 star is for the food, because the service was genuinely terrible. I’ve been to other branches and never experienced anything like this. I ordered a starter, and within 30 seconds they brought the main course to our tiny table as well. When I asked them to take it back and hold it until we finished the starter, they looked upset. Later, when they brought my partner’s main, it was completely cold. I didn’t need a new dish, but at least warm it up for the customer. Meanwhile, my own food sat on the table for about 20 minutes, so she was just watching me eat and waiting. By the time her food finally arrived, mine was cold too. In most restaurants, when they make a mistake like this, they take both dishes back and bring them out together. There wasn’t even a manager available to speak to. It really felt like they didn’t care at all about customer service just about charging people. Other branches have lovely managers and staff, so I don’t know what’s going on with this one, but something is clearly wrong.

5 /5 Rasha: We visited Gokyuzu Park Royal and were really impressed with the food. The döner kebab was juicy and flavorful, and the lamb chops were cooked perfectly and incredibly tender. All their meat dishes were delicious, and the appetizers and desserts were just as good. The only downside is that the place can be a bit loud, so it’s not the most relaxing atmosphere, but the quality of the food definitely makes up for it. Overall, a great experience and we would happily come back again.

5 /5 Umayr Khan: We had a large staff iftar at Gokyuzu. It was delicious, the food tasted fresh and the service was great. Our waiter, Ramazan, was efficient and very patient with our whole group. Our other waiter, Hamza, was also very helpful and efficient.

5 /5 Patricia-Yvonne Arkhurst: This restaurant is amazing. Someone recommended it to me and so glad we came. The food is amazing, everything is well seasoned and the portion sizes are really good. We were served by “Aslan” all night and his service was out of this world. I am recommending this restaurant to everyone.

5 /5 Merve Saydan: Although there was a minor misunderstanding at the restaurant, we were pleased that it was resolved to our satisfaction immediately. The kebabs were good, and although the meze wasnt superb, it was still good. However, a couple of hours after eating, my husband and I experienced a slight burning sensation in our stomachs.
