5 /5 Hoha Fitness: Grounded Bow is one of the best brunch spots I’ve visited in East London. The atmosphere is bright, modern, and welcoming, with a relaxed vibe that makes it perfect for catching up with friends or enjoying a solo coffee. I ordered the Beef Full English Breakfast, and it was excellent, generous, well cooked, and full of flavour. Everything on the plate tasted fresh, and you could tell real care goes into the ingredients. The coffee here is also a highlight: smooth, strong, and perfectly prepared. Overall, Grounded Bow delivers on quality, service, and atmosphere, I’ll definitely be back to try more from the menu, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and tasty brunch in East London

5 /5 Emma: Garden brunch atmosphere with plenty of seating! Tried the shakshouka with sourdough which was delicious. Great flavor coming from the caramelized onions stewed with the tomatoes and the sourdough also had a good crust. I was originally under the impression that you could get some work done here since it seemed to be cafe-ish but as soon I pulled out the laptop someone rushed over and let me know that they have a cap for how long you can stay. It wasn’t a deal breaker for me and completely understandable but probably good to know in advance.
