3 /5 Emi Pell: This is such a shame to write but I’d really like to get this feedback to the team. I used to LOVE Hansa’s - favourite restaurant in Weybridge. However, we’ve seen a noticeable decline in the quality of the food unfortunately. We’ve seen this across dishes but the first time it happened I did ring up to explain that the Tom Kha Gai was completely inedible, so spicy that neither me or my partner could eat it. It used to be our favourite dish. We’ve just ordered a meal again, and once again noticeable decline across the taste but specifically the soup again was completely inedible. Would love to fall back in love with the food again so hope this can be fixed!

5 /5 Sarah Trinder: Back open as a restaurant! The food is excellent, so tasty & fresh. I particularly enjoy the squid salad. Excellent gluten free options too.

1 /5 Jordan Joice: Ordered a Kra Pow. Didnt receive one (pictured). Called to discuss it and they just said talk to Deliveroo. Zero customer care. They were then rude and put the phone down. Called back to ask if I could email the picture so they can understand or at least confirm thats how they make Kra Pow (which would still be wrong, but at least i know) and they just hung up again. Id go to the local Thai chain that serves more authentic food than this place. Not to mention better customer service. Aviod if you want to recieve the dish you actually ordered.
