salma ahmed I had an extraordinary time at Nando’s High Street Slough. Our server, Hilary, treated me and my husband with the utmost respect and kindness. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we sat down. His service was warm, professional, and efficient — he checked in at the right times and made sure everything was perfect for us. It’s rare to receive service that feels so personal and sincere. Thank you, Hilary, for making our visit so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Maddi Crease Me and my boyfriend travelled here for our anniversary. We thought the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, even checking us in early at our request which was so helpful. The interior decor and the building itself were beautiful. We greatly enjoyed the spa treatments and facilities, with a lovely hour long massage, and found the spa itself to be better than expected. The wood sauna was shut sadly but other than that, the spa was very well maintained and had a hot tub, pool, steam room, gym and nice changing rooms available. Our 3-course dinner was lovely, and they gave us an additional small brownie each on a plate with writing as we let them know it was our anniversary, a really kind touch. No real complaints at all. The only confusion I did have was that we booked a package break which is advertised with dinner as part of it, but there was no price difference here - but I think I misread this. I do feel the meal was worth the cost as well. And the cocktails were delicious! The only issue we had in our room was the shower was not well set up so the water went on the bathroom floor, but this was easy to clean up. Overall really impressed and it made for a really lovely anniversary break. Thanks so much for having us!

The space is thoughtfully designed with a contemporary edge, featuring warm lighting and comfortable seating that invites lingering conversations. What truly elevated the mood was the spot-on selection of jazz music playing softly in the background—smooth, unobtrusive, and perfectly complementing the lively yet relaxed vibe. It’s the kind of setting that makes you forget the hustle outside and fully immerse yourself in the evening. Service was a standout highlight, thanks to our attentive server, Saqlene. He anticipated our every need with genuine warmth and efficiency, from recommending pairings to ensuring our glasses were never empty. His professionalism and enthusiasm added a personal touch that made the meal feel truly special—kudos to him for making us feel like valued guests throughout. Now, onto the food: East Eatery delivers on its promise of bold, flavoursome dishes. The steak was a particular delight—tender, perfectly cooked, and bursting with rich, savoury notes that left a lasting impression. The rest of the menu didn’t disappoint either; each bite was thoughtfully seasoned, showcasing a harmonious fusion of spices and fresh ingredients. To wash it all down, the drinks were refreshingly crafted—whether opting for a signature cocktail or a simple beverage, they provided the ideal balance to the meal’s robust flavours. Overall, East Eatery earns a solid 5 out of 5 stars from me. It’s a gem for anyone seeking quality food, excellent service, and an inviting atmosphere without pretension. I’ll certainly be returning soon—highly recommended for food enthusiasts in the area.

Ravikumar A Dining at Renaizance was a remarkable experience from start to finish. The menu is innovative, the flavors are rich, and each dish feels thoughtfully curated. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between relaxed and sophisticated. But the highlight of our evening was Palak. Her warmth, patience, and excellent recommendations helped us navigate the menu effortlessly. She checked on us at just the right moments without ever feeling intrusive. Her hospitality added a personal touch that made our visit truly memorable.
