1 /5 Barbara Welsh: After calling Hongs to tell them how disappointed I was with their food.. prawn toast burnt…. Chicken satay chewy …. BBQ spare ribs no flavour and also chewy …. Costing £18.30 only to be told no one else has complained AND DONT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN GET IT OVER THE ROAD….WHAT DISRESPECT AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE… WOULDNT BUY FROM YOU AGAIN ANYWAY…

2 /5 Chris findley: Ordered food at 6pm, told delivery would be 1 hour to 1hour and 15 arrived after making 2 calls at 8 45! On arrival there was bits missing so I ended up going down there in person. And half of food was unfortunately very over cooked ( prawn toast/ chicken balls like stones) Wouldnt give my delivery fee back, just got a bottle of Tango. Used to be the best Chinese about but standards have dropped and price has increased and now charge for delivery. Need somewhere new now!

5 /5 Daniel Beckett: Ordered takeaway from here for the second time last night. Excellent food and very reasonably priced. But what most impressed me was the fact that they had missed two pancake rolls from our order and I didnt notice until Id brought the food home. They were extremely polite and apologetic and arranged for the missing items to be delivered and they arrived within 5 or 10 minutes with another apology. Excellent service and makes you feel they really appreciate their customers. Great food and great people.

1 /5 Lauren Francis: Absolutely horrendous customer service! Took our order took over 1hr to deliver got delivered to x2 wrong addresses before hand, once driver arrived the order was incorrect. Called to cancel, just said sorry. Our door rung again different driver with the correct order, called them to say would pay half due to the grief and they would only offer £8 off, told them to take the food and would leave a horrendous review.
