5 /5 Jane L: Food lovely its the Just Eat delivery service we had issues with. Our food arrived stone cold. Called the shop and was told, very apologetically, that the food had been waiting to be collected by the Just Eat driver for a while. The shop contacted them to ask where he was but was not given much information. Requested a refund from Just Eat. Been offered less than half the cost of the food. What a joke. Absolutely shocking. The delivery man was on a bike, coming from other side of mk to us. Food bag was soaking wet aswell due to the rain. Will not be using Just Eat again. They obviously dont care about customer satisfaction or about the reputations of shops that use their diabolical service. Apologies to chippy chums for this. Your food has always been lovely in the past, and would recommended you to anyone.
