Amber Swaffield Me and my fiancé decided to go to the flat iron in South Kensington to celebrate our engagement, without even knowing the service was wonderful and even though there was a small wait the communication was amazing! Our server Sarah was organised, polite and took very good care of us! The lady (Valerie) who brought our steaks out had a great sense of humour and put big smiles on both our faces! This is the sort of service that means we will definitely be coming back!

Brian Cooper Excellent customer service by Alison at Reception. We arrived in Uxbridge having booked a luxury AirBnB. It was a complete disaster and we were not willing to stay there so we turned up at this Premier Inn. Alison explained that they were full but spent her time finding us accommodation at the Uxbridge town centre sister hotel. As there is no parking at the town centre hotel Alison arranged safe local parking for us too. She was a friendly and helpful face when we needed it most. We were very impressed by her. Amiel Barrimond Buenos Aires Cafe had me smiling like I got away with something, and maybe I did. That steak mix platter... pure gold, like they smuggled it out of a vault. Every bite felt a little sinful, the good kind that keeps you quiet for a second. Service rolled in smooth, like they knew they had me hooked. If you go, go hungry... and ready to brag about it after.

WhatYvonneLoves Went to try the Italian Roadtrip Six course tasting menu and got the discount so i only paid like £30++ and it was my birthday so they gave a glass of fizz ❤️ it was my first time to ever try a 6 course meal and although it is just a tasting menu, meaning small servings, i enjoyed the dishes and felt full in the end. It was a deliciously curated meal, staff were friendly, and the restaurant looked decent. Hope to come back soon ❤️

Tejpal Gujjar The food was good, very big portion according to the price. They provided take away boxes as well. Our server Nitin was quick and friendly. By being open after midnight, it’s one of the few places you can get food at night. Highly recommended!
