5 /5 Fidel Galletta: Everything was absolutely delicious — from the mixed grill and biryani to the meze platter and naan bread. Every dish was exceptional. You wont regret visiting this place!!! The vibe was great and the team was attentive overall, but one team member truly stood out. While some seemed a bit stressed, she remained consistently calm, positive, and welcoming, which made a huge difference to our experience despite not being offered dessert/coffee menu Thank you so much, ✨️Alena✨ (unsure if its correctly spelled) for your warm hospitality, Our Italian guests and us really appreciated it and can’t praise you enough!

4 /5 Zeeshan Mahmood: Mid range Persian restaurant in Hammersmith. Kebabs were tasty and flavoursome and the starters were fresh and good too. Decent drinks menu and plenty of fresh juices and mocktails served too. Location is somewhat awkward (minimal parking and about 10 mins walk from Hammersmith tube) however the food was decent and service was good. Very reasonably priced too and service was great even tho the restaurant was full.

4 /5 Anwar Sentinel: Ive been to Mahdi before and was looking very forward to returning. I came yesterday and was met with generous portions of food with bursting flavours. As its London expect it to be on the pricey side but well worth it. Complimentary pickles, olives and soups. I would happily of given five starts but, unfortunately, we had a waitress who expressed great dissatisfaction (sighing, huffing and puffing) when we made any requests. The rest of the staff were great. I will return but, due to high prices it wont be anytime soon. Reccomended to all.

3 /5 Ibz Al: Went for a friends bday. Staff friendly, food tasty but portion sizes are on the small side especially for a Persian restaurant. Ordered the mix grill for 2 . Had lamb chops, 2 koobideh kebabs and a chicken skewer. No salad or bread with it which isn’t entirely necessary but considering the small meat portions it costed nearly £60 for the mix grill.

5 /5 Atena Mayahi: Absolutely fantastic Persian restaurant near Hammersmith station. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was warm and generous , we were treated to complimentary daal adas soup and traditional Persian tea, which was such a lovely touch and set the tone for the meal. We started with mast moosir, which was creamy, perfectly balanced, and full of flavour, along with tahdig that was beautifully crisp and exactly how it should be. For mains, we had the koobide, which was juicy, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection. Everything tasted authentic and clearly made with care. Great food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere , highly recommend Mahdi to anyone looking for excellent Persian cuisine in London. Will definitely be back!
