D Plaskitt Fantastic Sunday brunch, our table tried pretty much every roast between us and had absolutely no complaints. The vegetables especially were a perfect consistency and the lamb was melt in the mouth. They were out of a vegetarian option we wanted, but were helpful with suggesting alternatives

Amelia H Me and my partner really recommend this restaurant, I am a coeliac and all the food is made very fresh, it is the best authentic Pho in Brighton! The owner is very friendly, he even looked after my partner’s wallet when he accidentally left it there. The prices are also very affordable. 10/10

Haneed Corner - Greenwich

TasnimxEats haneed corner is a great spot serving a wide selection of somali food, using traditional recipes passed down through generations. the menu is full of hearty meals, aromatic spices and authentic flavours that really reflect somali home cooking. we started off with maraq, a traditional somali soup, which was light but full of flavour, so tangy, refreshing and slightly lemony with an aromatic broth. it had vegetables like potatoes, cabbage and carrots which made it feel really comforting. we tried platter 2 which came with slow cooked haneed, quarter chicken, rice and spaghetti, topped with beef suqar. the haneed was a slow cooked lamb shank marinated in their special sauce, extremely tender and literally falling off the bone, so so good. the chicken was really juicy too. the rice was light, fragrant and fluffy, topped with red peppers and raisins which added a sweetness i loved. the spaghetti was simple and fresh, served with suugo, a rich tomato based sauce with vegetables and potatoes. we also had basbaas which was spicy but went so well with everything, perfect for anyone who loves an extra kick of spice. overall i had such a good experience here, somali restaurants are so underrated! from the service to the food, everything was great.
