Uncle Sams Hamburger Express Lancing -

Rating: 4.3 /5
Alan Huge portion of fries and they are crispy. Not cheap at £30 for 2 burger meals and extras, but the quality is better than McDonalds. This Lancing shop is also much better than the Worthing one.

Julian Tipler Had the pleasure of celebrating a big birthday here. It was an incredible meal. Brisket and jalapeño croquettes and charred corn with siracha mayo was amazing to start. But the best to come was the bavette. Such an under rated cut but cooked perfectly its delicious. And oh my …….cooked to perfection in front of us over charcoal. One of the best steaks I have eaten and that’s a lot. The pictures of the food speak for itself but I would definitely recommend the place and will definitely visit again when back in Brighton. Thanks for making it a memorable night !!

Natalie Gemma We were staying at the hotel and decided to try the restaurant, and we were so glad we did! The space itself is stunning, elegant, modern, and welcoming. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, showing real attention to detail. We chose the set menu, which offered a great variety and excellent value, and each dish was a delight. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel looked after throughout our meal. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, and we would highly recommend Cyan to anyone staying at the hotel or even just visiting for a special meal!

Zeon Scar I came here with my family for sunday lunch, as a coeliac Im very careful with what i eat while out but the service counters in their restaurant were very good. The staf member Paul was very prompt with the alergen folder and went through the options, while Amy who prepared my meal was very careful and professional. The food was filling and good value for money. 5/5 would come back again.
