5 /5 Megan: Arrived in Oxford late after travelling from down south - best wrap we’ve had. We had Halloumi wrap and a chicken wrap.
Staff really friendly and attentive with how they prepared the wraps.
5 /5 Amo Singh: Amazing Greek restaurant! The service was top notch, felt right at home. Super friendly staff and they took their time to explain items on the menu. We tried the halloumi gyros, highly recommended! They kindly offered us a traditional homemade baklava, which was very lovely of them. Will be visiting again the next time I’m in Oxford!
5 /5 Marina: Had a lovely lunch here with the family and we were all really impressed. The food was fantastic and the atmosphere made it an even more enjoyable experience. We tried the skepasti along with a few sides, and everything was absolutely delicious. The portions were very generous for the price, which made it even better value. Highly recommend if you’re looking for tasty food and a great setting!
5 /5 Anna: I can’t get over how good this was, It was cooked fresh and it was honestly the nicest gyro ever! It was juicy and full of flavour, it wasn’t oily or fatty it was just perfect. Really reasonably priced for the quality of the food you’re getting too. It was still hot after a 20 minute drive back. If I’m ever down this way again I know exactly where I’ll be eating, I wish I had one near me. Wow.
3 /5 Julia Liberatska: Don’t go there if you’re hungry. We were waiting for our wraps for about 40 mins, whilst the place wasn’t busy at all! As the food wasn’t coming for ages, we also ordered some feta and spinach pastry and that wasn’t served until we asked again.
So, the food was good but the service is extremely slow. We won’t visit again.
Matteo S. A piece of Italy in Oxford. I had trofie with pesto and focaccia bread, and they were fantastic. I’m Italian, and for me this is a real Italian restaurant!
Milly Unwin Gorgeous pub with the nicest Sunday roast I’d ever had. Every part of it was delicious, especially the stuffing and the Yorkshire pudding. Fantastic drinks selection and tasty desserts as well.
Lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff too.
George Edwards It was my first time dining at Cuttlefish. I made an extremely last minute booking and the staff were kind enough to accommodate that for me. Not only that but the staff are friendly, attentive and warm. The food comes in more than reasonable portions and is absolutely delicious. If you are looking for a place to dine out in Oxford where it’s not going to break the bank but get top quality service and food then Cuttlefish is where you need to head.
Adriano La sorrentina Antep is a fantastic spot for authentic Turkish food in Cowley. The kebabs are perfectly cooked, the mezes are fresh and full of flavour, and the portions are generous. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff are friendly and attentive. Great value for money and definitely worth a visit if you’re in Oxford.
Hannah We had a late visit to the Beefeater and unfortunately we arrived after last orders. However Jaya was lovely. I asked if it was possible to grab a drink to bring back to our room. Jaya more than happy to help us and provided service in a friendly manner going above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Thank you Jaya we appreciated you ☺️.
Axel Ceha We visited Taberu in January and had a wonderful experience. The ramen was absolutely delicious – perfectly balanced broth with great depth of flavor. The crispy prawn uramaki was a standout too, with excellent contrast between the crispy texture and fresh ingredients. The quality of the food really impressed us, and it’s clear why Taberu has become a go-to spot for Japanese cuisine in Oxford. We’ll definitely be back!
