3 /5 SSV S: The food here is genuinely delicious, no doubt about that! The flavors are spot-on, and its easy to see why this place is so popular and always crowded.
Unfortunately, the service really let us down during our visit. We waited a long time for a table (which is expected when its busy), but once seated, the staff seemed overwhelmed and didnt pay close attention to our order. I clearly asked twice (and emphasized strongly) to avoid mutton in the fried rice due to dietary preferences, but it still came with mutton anyway. That was disappointing.
On top of that, getting the bill took over 20–30 minutes even after we were ready to leave, which felt excessive.
I also noticed what seemed like inconsistent treatment, students (including us) appeared to get lower priority compared to other customers, though this is just my personal observation.
Overall, the food keeps people coming back, but the service issues (especially during peak times) made the experience frustrating. If youre okay waiting and double-checking orders, its worth a try for the tasty food. Just be prepared for crowds and potential mix-ups.
