5 /5 scv tatler: Busy busy busy, queueing on a Sunday evening, before the football game of the ages. This is my favourite chicken shop in the whole town, because their chicken is always fresh, tender and delicious. The batter is tasty and crisp, and the fries are always properly well done. They do fabulous garlic bread with melting cheese on top, as well as numerous pizzas and a variety ofchicken burgers. The staff are friendly, and they serve the tastiest chili sauce Ive had anywhere. I highly recommend this place, but because its very popular, try to come at one of their quieter times to avoid the queues !

1 /5 Rianna: Ordered off Just Eat waited over an hour for my WHOLE order to be stone cold and chicken burger to turn up not cook properly. This is the third time that I have experienced an uncooked chicken burger from here. I haven’t been back here in years but I decided to give it another go and I’m so disappointed. Completely unacceptable they need to probe The meat before serving it to customers.Maybe they need to cook the chicken a lot longer before grilling it to finish. I can taste the texture difference as soon as my teeth bit into the meat I knew it was undercooked. Im concerned if I may get ill it was nowhere near done This is a massive health problem and I will be letting environmental health know about it. ORDER AT 9:36pm received at 10:45 avoid eating here

2 /5 Chriselle: I visited Roosters Spot after work around 6-7 PM, absolutely starving. I ordered a peri peri chicken burger and some wings. When we got a table, it was messy and hadn’t been cleaned, with no napkins easily accessible. We eventually found some and cleaned it ourselves. The wait for our food was frustratingly long around 15-20 minutes and to make things worse, customers who ordered after us got their food first. When the food finally arrived, the wings were dry and cold, definitely not worth it. The burger was good, but after such a long wait, I had lost my appetite and couldn’t fully enjoy it. Overall, the place felt messy (I can’t speak for the kitchen), and the long wait time was disappointing. If you really want to try their food, I’d recommend ordering online for delivery instead.

5 /5 Waxsta: Their fried chicken burgers are excellent. The stand out burger for me is the grilled chicken burger, its absolutely fantastic. Although its in a pretty run down place, Hayes, the food is always spot on. Highly recommended for takeaway. After so many years the grilled chicken burger is still excellent.
