The Curry Room - Westminster

Ed Sillars Great cosy restaurant nestled downstairs at Rubens at the Palace hotel. We were well looked after by the team in the restaurant, the food was fantastic (we tried the Thali which meant we could pick multiple currys). Would recommend visiting!

BKA Best food and service in London, I wish I can give them 10 stars. Cicero, Timothy and Max are the best. But all the staff are amazing. It was very busy but we had the best service ever. The food is so fresh and high quality. They have a massive open buffet for salads and vegetarian options. They will serve you until you are full. Its the best experience for me so far as I am not a foodie and I ate so much.

Dinner by Heston Blumenthal - Westminster

Rebecca Went to Dinner by Heston Blumenthal last night and it really did live up to expectations. We didn’t do the tasting menu (the whole table has to commit, and we prefer ordering different things), but the à la carte more than delivered. The restaurant itself is spacious and relaxed — definitely on the smart-casual side for fine dining. It feels polished but not stuffy, which makes it easy to enjoy the experience. The food highlights for us were: the flesh and rice, which was incredible, the duck, which was also excellent, and the tipsy cake, which is every bit as good as people say — rich, comforting, and the perfect ending. Service was exactly what you’d expect: attentive, smooth, and well judged throughout. Would absolutely go back, especially if you want exceptional food without the whole ultra-formal fine-dining vibe.

Chloe Betts Returned for a second visit after a previous lovely lunch here. The food was all delicious especially the starters. I was disappointed at first as the carbonara I had before wasn’t on the dinner menu, however the lovely staff agreed to make it and it was wonderful. The portions are generous. They have a children’s menu too. The restaurant is accessible but no accessible toilet

Nichkul Songsiri I tried their pizza and it was absolutely delicious. The crust is perfectly crispy with rich, well-balanced flavors and fresh toppings. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!

Jillian Korkosz Farm Girl is nestled away in a small alley on Portobello Road that expands into an absolute treasure trove that contains this beautiful cafe and courtyard. We came on the recommendation of some locals and were so delighted to be treated to such a lovely breakfast. As we had a part with gluten free girlies, we were pleasantly surprised to find that their pancakes come gluten free by default! And they just so happen to be the best pancakes we have ever eaten — soft and fluffy with a buttery crust! I’m dying to know the recipe. The soft scrambled eggs were insane, alongside generously buttered sourdough toast. And of course, you have to accompany that with a latte which came with a cute star decoration on top. Australians simply know how to do breakfast, and Farm Girl is a shining example of that. I’ll definitely be coming back any time I’m in the area.
