5 /5 un known: We were accommodated and service by Zane. He was so sweet, so accommodating and attentive to our family dinner. The food was amazing we left sooo full and move than satisfied. Thank you so much Zane!

5 /5 Gon Freecs: Last night, five of us visited Spicy Grill (all girls) with a 7pm reservation. When we arrived, there were tables available and we were able to sit down, but unfortunately not at a table suitable for five people. We ended up waiting around an hour before we could properly sit together. It was clearly an exceptionally busy night due to Pancake Day and Chinese New Year, and there were only two staff members managing the whole restaurant. While the wait was disappointing, the staff were apologetic and did their best under the circumstances. To thank us for being patient, they kindly offered us a complimentary bottle of red wine and a cooked salmon dish, which we really appreciated. That thoughtful gesture helped turn the evening around and showed that they genuinely care about their customers. Despite the hectic atmosphere, we were never rushed and were even allowed to stay until 10:30pm, although their closing time is 10pm. We found that very accommodating. Overall, although the long wait wasn’t ideal, the staff’s hospitality and effort to make things right left a positive impression. We would definitely consider coming back again.

5 /5 Erissa Gioll: One of the best korean restaurants I have been to. Once entered Zane’s excellent hosting skills set the tone of our dinner. His passion for his job could be seen from his way of guiding us on how to eat the dishes and how to grill the meat and also helped us pick the best options on the menu. He was very friendly, funny and helpful throughout our meal and was lovely to chat to as well. The food was piping hot and very fresh we could see the effort chef Imor put and the quality of the ingredients was excellent. I cant describe how delicious everything was even though we were very full we ate everything and didnt leave anything to go to waste. Everything came in less than 10 minutes even though it was quite busy. Shoutout to Ayush for his help throughout making sure everything gets out on time and interacting with us as well, everyone’s effort did get noticed. The team all looked very lovely and helpful in succeeding for every customer to have an amazing time. The vibe and decorations of the restaurant made the atmosphere even more traditional and welcoming giving a feeling of Korea to us. I hope this place really gets noticed and the effort the team makes overall because they really stand out from any korean restaurants weve been to before. If I could give more than 5 stars I really would. Unbelievable customer skills, food and service!!!!!!! Thank you Zane, Imor and Ayush!!! I hope your work gets recognised!!!

Even though they were short-staffed and the place was getting busier as time passed, we felt welcomed and well cared for throughout our dinner experience. Thank you so much to the team, and hats off to the chef for making our food remarkably delicious! We will definitely be coming back again in the future.
