Jai Virdee If i could give more i really would. Mo and the team are incredible, such great service. We recently had dinner with family and children, without mentioning a thing, they realised it was a birthday and did the old happy birthday suprise without any requst. Amazing with the children and really made them feel special. It is great to see that in 2025 great customer service still exists. Thanks guys and we be back for sure.

Brian Cooper Excellent customer service by Alison at Reception. We arrived in Uxbridge having booked a luxury AirBnB. It was a complete disaster and we were not willing to stay there so we turned up at this Premier Inn. Alison explained that they were full but spent her time finding us accommodation at the Uxbridge town centre sister hotel. As there is no parking at the town centre hotel Alison arranged safe local parking for us too. She was a friendly and helpful face when we needed it most. We were very impressed by her. Sami Wilson We was a party of 12 celebrating my Birthday, every single person had the best time! From the food, drinks, decor, the STAFF omg the staff are fantastic! Friendly and couldn’t accommodate more, Angel and her team were amazing so grateful. The DJ was fantastic, brought great vibes for the whole night! 3 other people have decided to have their Birthdays here too so see you next month team and thank you all so much!

The staff were outstanding — very friendly, polite, and welcoming, and they made us feel comfortable throughout the visit. Great food and amazing staff. Highly recommended!

Chat Nadurata This restaurant is our familys go-to spot on Uxbridge High Street. The ambiance is always great, and the staff, especially Cherry, is friendly and attentive. I highly recommend the Katsu Curry and the Hunter’s Chicken – both dishes are packed with flavor and beautifully presented. Every visit has been a fantastic experience, and we always look forward to coming back!

james mcdonald My second time visiting the restaurant. Roast lamb the first time and this time roast beef short rib. It was excellent. Good portion size food was piping hot and the meat so so tender! Fresh salad and roast potato’s I will definately be going again Had a desert of milk cake that I highly recommend. .
