What Clients Are Saying The Beaten Docket London (GG)
4 /5 Eoin H: Decent pub, staff were nice, breakfast was good, dinner was also good.
We went for the 3 small plates which were halloumi sticks, cheesy chips and chicken tenders. They were all decent and service was quick despite it being a busy Sunday evening.
Could definitely do with more chips for the burger, portion was very small.
5 /5 Celeste Bryant: 5 stars all cross the board! This was a fantastic Wetherspoons, admittedly the wait for food was a little longer than I’m used to at Wetherspoons locations but otherwise this was an amazing experience. High quality tasty food, lovely atmosphere and the friendliest staff I think I’ve ever encountered in any pub. Absolutely recommended!
3 /5 Hanno Roberts: Visited on a weekday, around 18:00. Plenty of seating, local pub atmosphere. Good staff who dealt admirably with some crazy visitors. Ordered a few pints of Abbot ale and a mixed grill; both good, huge plate of food. Middle of the pub is taken up by slot machines.
5 /5 Rakesh Cherian: Food was tasty, delicious. Not at all expensive. We had steak, fish and chips, chicken tikka masala, drinks.. we loved it. Too bad we found this place only on last day when we had to return.
4 /5 Tamsin Mavric: Nice lady behind the bar. Had a large breakfast. Service was quick.
louise cook We found Flavours of Spice through a google search as visiting the area. It was a quiet time as the football was on! The staff were really friendly and enthusiastic about taking over the premises. They explained all about the changes they had made and explained the menu. Our food was absolutely delicious and plenty of it. I would definitely eat there again.
Jessika Khapra It is my favorite go to place, I love their chicken/ rice and portions however today I found a little strand of curly hair in my food and also I have noticed that they don’t put bonnets while serving. Please make sure this doesn’t happen again, I love shah’s halal.
Mina Ghashghaei Abdi I had an amazing experience at this Iranian restaurant in London. The food was exceptional, especially the Ghalieh Mahi (spicy shrimp stew) — it tasted just like in southern Iran: rich, aromatic, and truly authentic. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and professional. I honestly couldn’t believe I could find such authentic Iranian flavors in London. Definitely coming back!
