5 /5 Anna Pelly-Fry: Our first visit since the Cherry Tree has been under new management and what a great evening the 4 of us had! A warm welcome on a very stormy night, friendly and informed staff and a very engaged and engaging manager. The food was excellent, the special, a beautiful fish pie, perfectly chunky and generous. Delicious treacle tarts finished us off, we will be back!

Have been visiting the Stoke Row area for around 15years now - this was the best lunchtime/ dinner we have had - great value and quality. Thanks

2 /5 Michael Sharp: We booked a table of six for a Sunday roast. We ate at 3 pm. None of us had starters because there was nothing on the limited Sunday menu that we fancied. The roast beef was really good but the vegetables seemed as though they had stood for some time. The parsnips were difficult to cut. So I would describe the meal as below average. We all ordered just a main course. I couldn’t believe it when we were charged £28 + 15% service charge (£32.20) per meal when three courses wasn’t much more.
