5 /5 Hint of Mayhem: Dropped in for the first time in a while for a quick couple of pints. Lovely staff and a cracking atmosphere, the place was buzzing. Particularly enjoyed a bit of banter with the young chap Bradley. Cheeky and charismatic yet very polite and professional. I’ll be back.

5 /5 rio-raquel ramsey: George from the Florence is a true gem, I’ve come multiple times and his service , which includes recommendations and how to actually make a banging margarita (consistency) it on par- I have think the staff generally are nice helpful but as I work in hospitality and have done for I’ve 25 to 20 years it’s refreshing to go to a place and have the ambience and service that’s natural, professional and clean! Always come and recommend her so hopefully this is feedback that gets back to the staff because flowers where flowers are due !! Thank you Rio

5 /5 Doug Wilson: I’ve lived in Brixton for 9 years. I stopped coming to the Florence a number of years ago because the service was not good enough. Came today for Sunday lunch and it’s a completely different story. Service was excellent, the lamb roast really was one of the best I’ve ever had…the meat was fantastic. I’ll be coming back here regularly from now on. So glad this pub is back to its former glory!

5 /5 Etta Magill: Beautiful Sunday roast-beef and Yorkshire pudding was amazing as was the mushroom and spinach strudel. Best sticky toffee pudding ever!!

5 /5 Tiago Semblano: Beautiful pub with a great atmosphere, weve try the ham and beef roast and we both loved it, great cheesy cauliflower cheese as well. We went on a busy Sunday lunchtime and we had a great sevice, very friendly and knowledgeable staff and the food was served quite quickly. The only downside is that I couldnt use my Green King app, but that wouldnt stop me to come back. Definitely one of the best pubs in the area.
