5 /5 Lawrence Glennon: A lovely, friendly cosy little pub, with a real homely feel. I say little but they managed to comfortably accommodate 15 of us for Christmas roast. The service and food were brilliant, (height on the Yorkshires!) we were made to feel very welcome, this is a gem, we will be coming back!

5 /5 George Harvey: Came here early on a Saturday during a bike ride for a drink and ended up staying for lunch. Our server, who I believe was the landlady, was really nice and friendly. She checked in to ask what we thought of the food, which was delicious! We had the chicken goujons, pork belly bites, gazpacho, crab rarebit, and fries, along with a few pints of lager and IPA from Rivertown. The bill came to around £50. We stayed longer than expected, enjoying the sunny weather in the lovely beer garden. We were also allowed to bring our bikes around the back, which was a nice touch. The place has a great independent and local vibe while still feeling welcoming. Highly recommended, and thanks again!

5 /5 Bev Vincent: Attended for folk evening and Christmas dinner. The food was really exceptional. We all loved our choices and better quality than more fancier venues we have attended. The folk evening made the pub even more atmospheric with a great community feeling. Love this pub. Thank you!
