What an experience- we didn’t know what to expect. The place was dead. To put it politely. Although it was a Monday night. There were a few people in for deliveries but yeah. They also had no Coca Cola or Pepsi, so we had the new thing. It was great.
The pictures will tell the story but only so much. The food here is fantastic: Layla served us, she was so attentive throughout, entertaining and charming. Really lovely young lady
Now for the starter - I had the Nachos with oozing cheese and spinach- this reinvented the concept of nachos for us. And we aren’t going back to crisps on a plate with splodges - this is the only way to have them.
Mike, my love, he had the onion rings, these were hand made, crispy batter with a lovely sauce.
Then for the meat, we both had lamb with the house sauce and it was unbelievable and excellent value as well especially for the area.
