Hana Korean Restaurant -

Rating: 4.5 /5
J H My partner and I were so excited to be able to find a Korean restaurant that I(gluten and dairy free) and he(vegan) could enjoy together. He ordered the tofu jajjangmyeon and the gyoza to start and I the seafood bibimbap and had a honey plum tea. I also ordered the chilli chicken starter (definitely a decent spice to it) sorry I didn’t get pictures of the teas or starters. The food was delicious and as someone with intolerances I felt well taken care of. I left there having of course eaten far too much and groaned happily all the way back to where we were staying. The hostess was so kind and we had a lovely conversation with her and her husband about discovering their restaurant through Morgan (howtocoeliac on ig) and how pleased we were to be able to try their beautiful food, and how they came to adapting their menu. The restaurant has a small front with few tables but there are more tables at the back of the restaurant too. The atmosphere is very cosy with the dim lighting and dark walls and the music was fun. I wish I had had space to eat more, or time to have gone back again before leaving but I will definitely be making the trip there again when back in London.

Bickley Arms - Bromley

Robert Birkholz I really enjoyed my visit to Bickley Arms. The place had a great crowd with lots of people in, which gave it a lively vibe. Even though it was busy, I found it pretty clean and organised. I really liked the layout - split levels, a huge garden with huts, and different areas for dining, drinks, sport on TV, or even private hire. It’s also super convenient being just a short walk from the station, so I can see why it’s popular. Toilets were clean too, which impressed me. Overall, a solid spot!

pui ting Leung Crab Noodles There is a handmade noodle restaurants blossom over the recent months. Didnt remember this restaurant last time I visited. Attracted by the crab meat and crab roe with handmade noodles there chose this restaurant. From the photos the dishes look small but I was wrong. Everything was in generous portions. I think the crab meat and crab roe tasted richer and stronger than the crab dumplings of Din Tai Fung. The staff were nice and helpful. The tables and seats were a bit close and tight between customers but at least there are customer storage inside the seats. The environment and toilet was clean. Getting more handmade noodle restaurants in London now. Its very important for them to sell something different than other rivals. I think this restaurant has nailed it!

Happy Face Pizza Brent Cross - Brent

Steven Skratulja This place has been open for just over 3 weeks and it was great to see happy and helpful staff providing a great service, not to mention the fabulous tasty pizzas on offer. We loved our 3 course meal with calamari, pizzas and sorbet ice cream and tiramisu to finish off. The lemon sorbet cocktail is definitely one to recommend and the beers are beautiful. Well be back!

Pauline First time order. Food was brilliant. Ordered mutton, mac n cheese, rice and peas, extra jerk sauce, and as for those dumplings oh my goodness, they are delicious.
