Hackney Downs Park - (Near Hackney, london)

5 /5 Adrian Militaru: Nice park with plenty of areas to enjoy a walk, a run, a picnic or any other activity for that matter, as there are basketball courts, tennis courts and a children play area. Loads of benches are available around and a very decent toilet facility as well.

5 /5 MISS W: Downs Park have served so many and since I’ve moved here 11 years ago, it had served me and my son daily. The Park rangers especially Chris who is a saviour for so many people is genuinely what I think keeps Downs Park safe, loved and respected. It is never an easy job to care for nature and the people around it. Always grateful for all the park rangers and the council for making sure the people have their green space! Much appreciated

5 /5 Colin Jones: A little treasure in the north of the borough, this is my favorite dog walking venue. Recent renovation and extension to the kids play area was overdue and very welcome, as is the arrival of a coffee cart. Bit split about writing this as I dont want the park to become too popular and become another London Fields. Be careful after dark as theres not enough light to feel safe and the area is quite isolated. Other than that, a little gem.

5 /5 Prichard James (jayprich): My positive experience was because its a very bright open space with about as much nature as a townie can handle, but it looks fantastic in early spring and should only improve as global warming takes hold.

5 /5 Arden: Recommend travelling to this park to see the mosaics which really take this park to another level! Great picnic spots and also a playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, grass fields and an orchard.
