5 /5 A Haider: Oh my, the food here is something else. Succulent, tender, juicy, hot and spicy grilled chicken (get the HOT marinade), tasty fried chicken, chicken burgers are great too. Today I tried the double smashed New Yorker beef burger and it blew me away. Im stuffed and I wish I was in bed as I write this, thank you guys that was 10/10/10/10 (even the salad!) Im so happy

2 /5 chaz.: I really wouldn’t recommend this place for food, though the milkshakes were the highlight — they tasted great, even if the portion felt a little small. Unfortunately, the rest of the meal was disappointing. I waited over 30 minutes, and when the food arrived, the tenders were tiny (about the size of a pinky), and the wings were oily, undercooked, and hardly coated in sauce. The chicken overall was tough and difficult to chew, which made it not very enjoyable. The sauces and chips were decent, and the presentation was actually really nice, but the quality of the food itself just wasn’t there. It felt like something was missing in the preparation. I’m giving 2 stars, which feels generous, as I really hoped for a better experience.

4 /5 S A: Staff are very friendly. The food was alright, if you like flavoursome wings. I felt like it was too much. Their milk cake is amazing!! The tables and chairs weren’t clean (maybe I came at the wrong time but there were loads of staff members). I think I’d only come back for the milk cake.

1 /5 Tiffany: I ordered chicken and rice through Uber Eats. The rice arrived containing almonds and raisins, which were not listed anywhere in the menu description. The rice was also extremely sweet and completely unappetizing. When I contacted the restaurant, I was told that they add sugar to the rice—again, something that was never disclosed. Because the food was inedible, I had to throw it away. I was told over the phone that I could come in at any time to get something else. When I later called to ask if I could receive chicken and fries instead, I spoke with another staff member who was extremely unhelpful and dismissive. He admitted that the rice is pre-made and not fresh, and stated that they “cannot list all ingredients on Uber Eats,” and that I should have called ahead to ask whether the rice contained sugar. This response is unacceptable. Not only was sugar undisclosed, but nuts and raisins were also not mentioned, which is a serious concern as it poses a potential allergy risk. This is a clear violation of food safety transparency. The lack of accountability, poor customer service, and failure to disclose ingredients is alarming. This experience was completely unacceptable, and I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
