The food was absolutely delicious and clearly prepared using fresh, high-quality ingredients — you can truly taste the difference. Every dish felt thoughtfully made and full of flavour. The service was warm, friendly, and attentive, which made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. On top of that, the atmosphere is simply amazing — cosy, stylish, and full of charm. The restaurant was also spotlessly clean, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended — we will definitely be coming back!

5 /5 Abu Kalam: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had Turkish food at Ottoman Kitchen and it was absolutely brilliant. The portions were very generous—so big that none of us could finish our meals! Although the price per portion is a bit high, it’s completely justified by the amount and quality of the food. The staff were excellent: friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Our family truly enjoyed the experience together, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for great Turkish cuisine.

Burhan the manager was very welcoming and we had a great chat with him, he spoke with us about our family, our experience of turkey and he’s family life, lovely guy. Food was hot, came out quick and tasted great. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. Will definitely be back.

3 /5 Lloyd Emery: Had been looking forward to coming here for a meal. Its a large restaurant and was fairly busy on the evening of our visit. Recently renovated so it was nice and clean within the restaurant and open kitchen. The food was tasty but what lets it down for me is the size of the portions in comparison to the price. Im directly comparing it to two other establishments of similar offering; Agora and Farm Kitchen (shout out to Kurdistan Restaurant for their portions). My beyti dish was lacklustre and didnt represent what the dish is supposed to be, it was essentially a mix kofte dish on a half a slice of flatbread. This unfortunately didnt come close in respect of portions and price, it did however compare on food taste for the dishes I had. I felt the service from some of the staff was rushed and abrupt, on the contrary some were very friendly. The atmosphere is loud, I dont mind this on a weekend evening but a midweek meal perhaps not. Overall my visit was OK, I wouldnt say dont go as we all have differing opinions. I feel the staff sharpening up, not rushing meals out to the tables, relaxing the atmosphere a little and working on portion size this would definitely compete with the best in the city.
