1 /5 Shajib A Riyadh: Tried Pepe’s Peri Peri in Putney and unfortunately, it was a letdown. The chicken was dry and lacked the signature peri peri flavor you’d expect from a place that specializes in it. Chips were soggy, clearly not fresh, and everything tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. On top of that, the service was slow and disinterested. For a fast food spot, the wait time was ridiculous – over 25 minutes for a basic order. The place didn’t feel particularly clean either, which didn’t help the overall experience. Definitely not rushing back anytime soon.
