5 /5 Ghass: Located within the Fairmont Hotel, this was a fantastic venue to celebrate our daughter’s university graduation. Everything—from the setting and service to the food and drinks—was exceptional. The surrounding green spaces enhanced the experience. Our only suggestion would be to increase the volume of the background music.

5 /5 Inspire Fitness: I visited this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. Having dined at many fine establishments, I was truly impressed by the exceptional service and attention to detail here. Every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making the evening feel truly special. To make the occasion even more memorable, we were treated to a complimentary glass of champagne for a celebratory toast. The experience was beautifully concluded when the chef personally presented a congratulations card and a selection of desserts — a thoughtful gesture arranged entirely by the team without any request from us. Overall, it was an outstanding dining experience that perfectly combined elegance, hospitality, and genuine care.

5 /5 Laura H: What a lovely dining experience at the Fairmont Windsor. We were looking for a nice dinner outside of London and found Il Giardino at 1215. We had such a warm welcome at the hotel and then at the restaurant. Our host Nico explained to us the new menu and went through specific dishes in detail helping us chose some authentic Sicilian dishes with such depth and flavour. We had a roasted chicken which I would not normally get in a nice restaurant but this was so good - deboned, stuffed and every bite delicious! The truffle pasta was luscious, and the sea bream ceviche was tingly with the clementine marinade. Whilst the food was delicious, the service was really standout. The wait staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and made our dinner experience that much better. This is our first time at the hotel and restaurant and we will surely be back again. Everything was decorated in its Christmas trimmings which made for a festive and joyful experience. Next time - we will also try the fireplace at the Library Club!
