A La Turka Herne Bay - (Near Kent, South East)

5 /5 Eliane Camus: Delicious food ! Went there for a romantic diner, perfect place because at night the place is so cosy. Went for both chicken and lamb (chicken kofte + mixed shish), but we preferred the chicken because it was cooked in 2 different ways but very tasty with the spices. The lamb was a bit dry, not outstanding, but still good (just a deception if compared with chicken which is incredible in taste). Huge portions, good value for money. We recommend !

1 /5 Jack Whybrow: Decided to take our desert home. So asked for it in a container. £8 for a slice of cake x2. Plus charged service charge on top of this. For the tiniest bit of cake imaginable... Looks like the leftovers and though they could get away with giving us this as we wouldnt know as was given it in a takeaway container. Will be emailing for a refund on this as well as the service charge.

5 /5 Deb Thomas: Well, the decor is lovely, the staff are extremely welcoming and although it was surprisingly quiet we were not ignored or feeling like no one could be bothered. The cocktails were great on flavour and presentation. The food was delicious, fresh and full attention to any allergens. Would absolutely recommend and wish there was one closer to home!
