5 /5 Angela Jones: This was worth a trip out of London! It’s the South-East’s best kept secret. I almost don’t want to write a review! The Acorn provides a very relaxed setting. Bruce the owner/chef serves up some of the best food I’ve eaten in a long time. It beats the 5-star establishments in taste and yet is half the price. Trust me… you will come back and bring your friends. And then your friends will come back. Oh and look out for “Nigel” - Bruce’s bottled Cladophlora. Enjoy.

From the moment you step in, youre met with a warm, inviting atmosphere and a menu that showcases the best of the sea. The sardines were a revelation — perfectly seasoned, charred just right, and full of bold, fresh flavor. The prawns were sweet, succulent, and beautifully cooked, while the hake was flaky and delicate, a testament to how fish should be handled. But the highlight? 5 /5 Ev Dubinsky: Coming to this restaurant was a brilliant experience and now this place is our favourite place to go to for a steak in the area. All the food that we ordered was brilliant, but the highlight of our meal was a tomahawk - perfect cut of meat cooked exactly as we liked it. The staff was very friendly and nice and had great recommendations for the wine, and the chef came out to greet us and chat to us throughout the meal which was an extra bonus The place itself is very cozy and cute and it’s easy to find parking

5 /5 Dre UK: What an amazing restaurant. From the hostess to the chef, what an incredible experience. We arrived and were greeted and seated. The chef came out and had a long chat explaining different meals. Fillet wasnt on the menu, but he cooked and smoked me up an amazing fillet on a bed of amazing veggies with douphinoise potatoes.Went for the mushroom and truffle sauce ( Im selevating lol ) Definitely will be back.
