5 /5 Dre: I had a fantastic experience at Aksular Restaurant. The food was excellent, fresh, and full of flavour, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I would especially like to recognise the manager, (Ibrahim). He was extremely supportive, attentive, and made sure that every customer felt valued and well looked after. His professionalism and positive attitude really stood out and added to the overall experience. It’s clear that customer service is a priority here, and (Ibrahim)leads by example. I would highly recommend Aksular to anyone looking for great food and outstanding hospitality. I will definitely be coming back again.

5 /5 Abaya Couture: Amazing service as always. The food is absolutely incredible and delicious every single time. I accidentally forgot to add an item to my order, and the ever so amazing Lara was so helpful, accommodating and didn’t even hesitate to fix it straight away. She is also so kind and professional. The staff are all wonderful, and this is honestly the best place for Turkish food in Enfield. Never disappoints.

The spread was generous and beautifully presented from freshly baked simit and warm bread to rich cheeses, olives, honey with clotted cream, and a perfectly brewed Turkish tea. Every bite was full of authentic flavors that transported me straight to Turkey. The menemen (scrambled eggs with tomato and pepper) was especially delicious and creamy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The staff (Hatice) was very welcoming and attentive, making the whole experience even better. The cozy atmosphere and vibrant dishes made for a relaxing and satisfying morning. If you love hearty, flavorful breakfasts, I can’t recommend Aksular enough!

1 /5 Kirstie Dickson: From the second we walked in, the atmosphere was off. Everyone looked so miserable. We were shown to our table and when our order was taken, the server was blunt. No smile. Didn’t feel welcomed. We had to ask 3 times for tap water and just got told “yes it’s coming” no one checked back on us. When we asked for the bill, it came with a £9 service charge. Now usually I’m more than happy to pay a service charge, but in this case, what service? When I asked for the service charge to be taken off the bill, the bill was snatched out of my hand. We was waiting to pay but no one was attending to us, so I walked up to the till where the gentleman wearing glasses (I assume he’s the manager) proceeded to turn his back on me, and then just walked away. As for the food, it was bland, the best thing was the bread and calamari. Definetly not worth the price. The team there need to get their act together and learn how to smile and treat people with respect.
