Al Forno - (Near , South East)

5 /5 Karen Looker: Wonderful meal, couldn’t fault it. Great value for where we were. We went on a rainy evening so it wasn’t too busy but they have a lovely covered area outside and a table call system if needed. The al forno pasta dishes were lovely and pizza was excellent, we had a sourdough base, delicious! The review on price includes wine and again was one of the best prices we’ve seen! Would absolutely recommend.

5 /5 Priscilla: Fantastic food, amazing prices and such a cosy environment. We arrived shortly before earlier closing for maintenance work but the kind waitress and kitchen staff still accommodated us with excellent service. Pizzas arrived quickly and tasted amazing. Would definitely visit again!

4 /5 Mazza Baksmaty: Lovely italian restaurant on Shepherds Bush Green. The plastic coveting put me off going to this resraurant for years but after hearing from a friend the food was good & seeing the interior I wanted to try for myself. It has a relaxed ambience which makes for easy conversation. The waitress was attentive & we enjoyed a cocktail, an apperitif & coffee. I had a shot of Limoncello which was both sweet, aromatic & not at all bitter. I then chose a Calzone which came with a side salad with dressing on it. The calzone was good, the filling hot, dough crispy. The salad was crisp & the dressing was fresh and seasoned. Topped off the meal with Tiramisu which was delicious if still a little frozen in the middle but it didnt stop me finishing it all! There was also vegetarian/meat pizza, lamb shank, spaghetti bolognaise and Tuna salad. All plates were left empty.
