The staff were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure every guest felt taken care of. The drinks were top-notch—beautifully crafted, balanced, and full of flavor—and the music set the perfect vibe without being overpowering. Whether youre looking for a place to unwind after a long day, enjoy a night out with friends, or impress someone on a date, Alpha Lounge hits all the right notes. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

1 /5 Chuma Tembo: 21-22/02/26: Arrived at the club around 01 on the 22/02/26. I have always had great experience at this club but I am giving it 1 star today because: DJ kept shouting throughout the songs. We never enjoyed any of the songs because we kept hearing the Djs voice over. So annoying and songs only played for less than 30 seconds each. We never enjoyed the music on this particular night. DJ was so annoying. Please work on this. Otherwise, the place and customer service is great.

1 /5 George Eggerue: The chef’s special okra soup was way too spicy as I was eating the takeaway portion I bought. When I called them to complain, they were very unhelpful. This was just my £50 fallen the drain, as I couldn’t eat the rest.

1 /5 surakshya parajuli: Worst place i have ever visited. Even with a reservation, the space provided was very congested and we were repeatedly asked to move. The staff member serving us appeared frustrated and was quite rude. Overall, a very disappointing experience.”

5 /5 Nnenna Amazu: The ambience is very warm and welcoming . Aesthetically pleasant. Seats and comfy and the cooling is perfect when the weather is hot. The food is excellent- great homemade taste. Customer service is top notch. I’ve visited severally and have not had a negative experience for once. I definitely recommend.
