Victoria Price Always great tea and cake, but today they really went the extra mile in helping my elderly grandma, making sure to find her a seat that she was able to get out easily from (despite it being incredibly busy). Really really grateful!

Wildatheart SM Today I visited this restaurant and I really don’t understand the bad reviews. It was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The service was impeccable, attentive, friendly, and professional without being overbearing. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and made to feel welcome. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations. All the waiters were incredibly kind and attentive, especially with my toddler. They catered to her every need with such patience and care, making sure she felt comfortable throughout our meal, which in turn meant, we were fully able to enjoy our meals. Their thoughtful and accommodating service truly went above and beyond. As for the food, it was simply outstanding. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavour, my photos really don’t do the dishes justice as we were tucking in way before I had chance to snap a quick pic. The ingredients were fresh, and the chefs attention to detail was evident with each bite. I even ordered a huge portion of the salsa as that was phenomenal and I wanted to take some home. Whether youre a fan of hearty mains or prefer lighter options, theres something for everyone. We ordered from the main and set menu, I started with the fish cake, leg of lamb for my main and the Aqua Sundae for dessert. All absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection and so many tasty flavours and textures. They don’t have a kids menu but will let you choose items from the main menu in a smaller portion. Overall, Aqua delivers not just a meal, but an experience. Its clear that both the kitchen and the front-of-house staff take pride in what they do, and it shows in every aspect of the dining experience. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a place where great food meets exceptional service and a lovely atmosphere! Really enjoyed the music selection too! Really adds to the ambience. I will most definitely be back.

Mark Ogden Stopped in for an early evening meal and was thoroughly impressed. The portions are healthy and every dish was extremely tasty. I opted for the Chicken Everest (a chef’s special), Tarka Daal, Pilau Rice, and a Chapati. The Chicken Everest was a standout with a perfect balance of spices; I requested extra green chillies, and the chef added them with just the right touch. Even without the extra heat, the flavors would have been excellent. The rice was better seasoned and finished than your typical pilau, and the chapati was truly exceptional. Service was friendly and the decor is tasteful. Since it was 5:00 PM, it was very quiet, but the traditional music made for a lovely, relaxed backdrop. Highly recommended!

Jack H Fantastic food and service with a smile! From the minute you walk in the decor gives cosy / authentic vibes and the food did not disappoint. The dishes come packed full of delicious flavours and spices from the Southern region, a real culinary experience and a welcome change to the food served at the usual westernised Indian restaurants. You can tell the food is authentic and made with love at this family run establishment. We look forward to returning.

Giovanni Manzo We went to Da Raffaele Bistrot for dinner to celebrate our anniversary, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The restaurant is very welcoming, with a warm and cozy atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable straight away — perfect for a special occasion. A special mention goes to our waitress, Niky, who provided excellent service throughout the entire evening. She was attentive, professional, and very friendly. The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered the octopus salad, an aubergine roll, and the pappardelle with hare ragù — everything was perfectly cooked and full of flavour. Truly outstanding dishes. Prices are reasonable and in line with the quality offered. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Rachel Wish I took a picture of my food prior to eating. But it smelt so good I had to tuck straight in. This was my first time ordering from them. I called up and they were support helpful on the phone. I ordered a chicken ceylon, garlic naan and meat samosas. The food was top notch! 5 stars. Well seasoned, fresh meat. Couldn’t fault anything. Well £15 minimum spend. But it was worth it. Will definitely be back. Thanks guys!
