The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the reception, who was welcoming and efficient, setting a great tone for my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable—perfect for a good nights sleep. Dinner was a highlight, with a diverse menu and delicious food. Breakfast was equally impressive, featuring a wide selection of options. Special thanks to the duty manager and the woman for their attentive service during meals. Overall, I highly recommend Premier Inn Richmond for its excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and delightful dining experiences!

It was my birthday and he truly made the evening feel special — he took so much care with us, was incredibly attentive without ever being overbearing, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. W Rd One of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a while. Their food is fresh and prices are decent. Only downside is they only take cash but highly recommend.
