Blackbrooks Garden Centre Restaurant - (Near , South East)

5 /5 Rachel Ann: We come from Eastbourne way, we love it here! Food in the cafe is amazing, fairly priced for the quality of the food and the staff at the counter are friendly and attentive. The most adorable little farm shop to buy Jams, chutneys, fresh fruit and veg, bread and a butchers. Complimented by a variety of crisps, sweets, biscuits and general snacks by independent small businesses. Prices can be high in the shop but it is a Garden centre and thats generally expected. A good place to have a browse and Eat/Drink.

1 /5 Sarah Jaban: I stood in the café queue at 11:05 to order from the breakfast menu. By the time I reached the till to place my order, it was 11:30, and breakfast service had just ended, even though I’d been waiting the entire time. The person in front of me was able to order breakfast at 11:29, so it feels unfair that I missed out by just one minute. It would be great if there were a little grace period for customers who have already been waiting in line, the menu and on the TV/screens went out at 11:15 and then the lunch came on at 11:25. By that point I was at the till, unable to see the lunch menu and breakfast order ready to place . I’m a patient and reasonable person, but after waiting 20 minutes only to be told “no” to breakfast at exactly 11:30… come on! And then to be told, “We’re extremely busy, that’s why you’ve waited 20+ minutes” well, if that’s the case, at least offer a bit of grace to the 1-2 people who are here for breakfast menu.

5 /5 Fay Hamilton: Had the most delicious lunch at Blackbrooks today! The Blackbrooks burger was so good! Ive visited once before and had a breakfast, which was equally as good!! Lovely garden centre, lots of products available! Well worth a visit!

2 /5 Gavin Stace: Meal was good bit incredibly expensive. Our bad experience came when leaving around 11 am on Sunday, they obviously are having a lot of problems with shoplifting and the only exits and cash points are roped off and you basically need permission to leave, the woman staffing this was incredibly rude and abrupt, definitely requires retraining to learn how to deal with people. It ruined the whole morning.
