Finally leaving a review because today my daughter spilt a whole mug of hot chocolate all over the table and floor and the staff were so kind about it, cleaning it up for us efficiently and without a fuss. 5 /5 Michael J S: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Cafe 786! The café has a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it perfect for a casual meal, coffee, or a relaxed catch-up with friends. The food was delicious — full of flavor, freshly prepared, and beautifully presented. They offer a great variety of dishes, from hearty meals to tasty snacks, and everything we tried was top quality. The drinks menu, including teas and coffees, was also impressive. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. Overall, Cafe 786 is a fantastic spot in South Ruislip that I’d highly recommend for both food and atmosphere.

5 /5 Old School Caretaker: A great little cafe. Friendly welcoming staff. Good menu. Good for both breakfast and lunch. Main windows fold back in warm weather, making it feel very spacious. A lovely place to have a coffee and watch the world go by.

4 /5 farah husain: Nice little cafe for breakfast and coffee. Menu is reasonably priced for the area. No on site toilets and it does get busy quickly but I guess that shows how good it is. Fresh orange juice is nice, filter coffee was ok. Their other coffees seem very popular. Breakfast was extremely filling and toast nice and thick. But they use margarine not butter so the toast was tasteless - I would love to see them offer butter instead. Set breakfast comes with fried eggs not scrambled but the chef did his best with a mini omelette style eggs for me. Parking outside free for 2 hours and clientele are mostly local mums or retirees. Nice experience, would definitely come again.

5 /5 M A: Lovely friendly cafe serving full English breakfast which is absolutely delicious and done to perfection! Best coffee, (not to mention in a very generous mug size) that I’ve had in a long time. The staff are lovely and seem to know most of their customers which is also lovely.
