5 /5 Karen Stephens: We were served by Claudia S on Sunday 2 November. Claudia made us feel so welcome. Such a friendly and helpful server. Her service was 10/10. Nothing was too much trouble and all served with a smile which felt genuine. She did not rush us. In fact because of Claudia, we returned on Monday 3 November & was so pleased that she was our server that day also. Again, fabulous service. Claudia is definitely an asset to Caffe Concerto. We will return and will tell friends, colleagues/anyone visiting Westfield Stratford to visit and ask for Claudia. We were so pleased with the food we ate. The food was delicious. The presentation amazing. We are so glad that we found this gem of a restaurant.

5 /5 David Marcus: We came for dinner on Saturday night - fish and chips and salmon spaghetti. We’re always happy to return here as we have things on the menu we both like. Service is consistently great and look forward to coming next time. Particular thanks to Gunjan tonight who served us.

4 /5 Shahena Begum: Went here with my family and sat in the conservatory area which was nicely heated. The issue I had was the tables, they were wobbly and wads of tissue under the legs holding it in place. We had dinner here and it was very standard for the price. Money wise I don’t believe it’s worth it as it wasn’t very fancy. Having said that, the food was decent. The place looked lovely and the staff was very friendly, especially our waitress Maryam. She was very kind towards us and the kids.

4 /5 Lisa Payne: Nice place to watch the world go by. We were seated promptly though service was slow which the waitress apologised for. I like to watch the tea blossom but by the time I received it, it had already done its party trick. The cake was delicious and the tart was very good, so I was told.
