Caffe Pascucci - (Near Harrow, South East)

4 /5 Farid Kazi: We found another nice Italian cafe this time in Hatch End / Pinner. The decor and layout is really cool and reminded me of the cafes you find in Italy. We tried the latte and the pistachio cheese cake. The coffee was excellent and the cheesecake was really tasty. Looking forward to the summer when I will try the gelato.

4 /5 Amber Smith: The coffee and food are consistently lovely, and the staff are always very friendly — it’s a place I come to often. The only reason I’m giving four stars (as other reviewers have mentioned) is the way the “loyalty” scheme is run. It isn’t explained or signposted, so you more or less discover it by chance. By the time I was given a card, I’d already been coming in three to four times a week for months. What’s been disappointing is that the scheme feels very restrictive — even when buying multiple coffees in one visit, only one stamp is given. It comes across as unnecessarily stingy and, as a regular customer, that’s genuinely off-putting. A loyalty scheme should make customers feel appreciated and encouraged to return. If it can’t do that, it might be better not to offer one at all. I really like this café and want to continue supporting it, but this aspect does detract from an otherwise good experience.

4 /5 Joanna J: Very nice cafe, good food, cake and ice-cream choices. A little expensive but happy to pay for the good quality and portions. My only gripe that prevented the 5 star was that Ive been regularly going for coffee and not once did they tell me they had a loyalty card. I happen to have seen another customer with one and they had it hidden behind the counter. The purpose of a reward card is to reward loyal and regular customers so it just frustrates me that they wouldnt make this visible.

3 /5 Naomi Avram: Cafe Pascucci is such a lovely, welcoming, family-friendly place. The food was absolutely stunning — genuinely impressive, so congratulations to the chef. Sadly, the service didn’t quite match the food on this visit. A young Indian girl serving was mixing up orders at a few tables, and when one of the mistakes was pointed out, there was no apology. Instead, she rolled her eyes and took the order away in a very angry manner, which felt uncomfortable and unnecessary. I truly think this comes down to needing more training rather than bad intentions, but it did affect the atmosphere. Cafe Pascucci is a really nice place, and it’s a shame when one staff member can dampen what would otherwise be a great experience. Thank you.

5 /5 Scott Awcock: What can I say about this cafe great atmosphere very friendly staff. My friend had a pizza and he said it was really delicious best pizza has had for a long time with good quality ingredients. I had the lasagna what can I say it was delicious it had some very tiny stringy cheese in the ingredients which I love and havent had lasagne cook like that. The dessert cheesecake I had I think it was homemade and the pistachio cheesecake was wonderful. So definitely come back again.
