1 /5 Steph Holden: Havent been for a couple of years, used to be the best place in Crawley to get a burger, but todays visit left a lot to be desired!
Whoever was on shift today said absolutely nothing when we arrived, not even a hello never mind "how can I help you".
Im in a wheelchair and staff member didnt/wouldnt even look at me, only my husband (not in wheelchair)
Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and a single and it came to a whopping £25.97!
Burgers were cold (opened and started consuming less than 5 mims after purchase) and absolutely awful. They are wrapped in foil but of a very low quality that clearly doesnt keep any heat in.
The "burgers" were the worst quality I have ever experienced amd im not exaggerating. They really were the worst and you could only tell they were actually made of meat due to the bits of bone and cartilage in every single bite. What meat it was, i couldnt tell you and i think whatever miniscule percentage of meat is actually in the patty must be hoofs amd nostrils! Absolutely vile.
Picture shows multiple pieces of bone and cartilage on napkin and this is from just the first 3 bites. After that I put it in the bin
I didnt even give it to my dog. Nearly chipped a tooth on the first bite myself. The burgers were somehow mushy and tough at the same time and the "extra grilled onions" I ordered equated to 2 single slithers of oily uncooked onion slices so all in all if you wanna spend £30 for something that wouldnt even pass for dog food then go for it. I assume all the possitive reviews are either from friends and family, old reviews or just from people who eat there drunk after a night out.
Save yourself the disappointment and nip to greggs inside the station.
