Cheatmeals Hayes - (Near Hillingdon, South East)

1 /5 Wais S: I visited this branch last night and my order was refused. I was told they only accept cash, which was surprising because every other Cheatmeals branch I’ve visited has always accepted card payments with no issue. On top of that, the staff were rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction. This experience was extremely disappointing and does not reflect the standard I’m used to from Cheatmeals. If a branch is refusing card payments, it raises serious concerns—not just about customer service, but about proper business practices as well. This Cheatmeal is not cheating on diet but is cheating the HMRC.

1 /5 Waseem Saleh: Went here around 11pm and after ordering the food I was told its cash only and need to bring cash as they dont accept card payments. The staff was very rude, luckily for me Chaiiwala was there so went there. Will not be going back, not just this Cheatmeal but will avoid all locations because of this experience.

2 /5 sayed hasan: I ordered 6 buffalo flavoured wings and this took far too long. The wings were crispy but were overcooked and were drenched in buffalo sauce instead of properly marinated. They just fry the wings then put sauce over them. The service is bad. The workers are on their phone in the back taking their time. The shop is empty and the workers just hide in the back not presenting themselves at the till for customers

1 /5 Yusuf khan Aryobi: Went in there with my brother last night, as soon as we ordered our food, we got refused by the worker saying "NO CARD PAYMENT CASH ONLY". I was very shocked, how can such a big franchise not take card payment. I guess its a good way to avoid tax, cheat meals is cheating the government.

5 /5 Nayab Butt: I came from Germany and decided to try Cheat Meals Hayes and wow, it was totally worth it! The burger was really good, juicy, and full of flavor. The prices were so reasonable too, especially for London. I’m definitely going to miss it when I go back home. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a tasty and affordable burger spot!
