Pouria T From the moment we walked in, the manager made us feel so welcome genuinely kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful. We ordered a chai latte and apple crumble, and both were outstanding. The dessert was so good, and the option of ice cream or custard is absolutely worth trying. The chai latte was honestly one of the best I’ve had, if you’re a chai lover, you have to try it. We had such a lovely time and will 100% be coming back, especially to try the breakfast menu next time. Highly recommend!!!

Wiktor Magdziarz This little restaurant is an absolute local gem, made us so happy last Saturday! The food was divine, every single piece was delicious and it all felt really homely. The venue is really cosy, and we also liked that the noise level was such that it was easy to talk. Additional points for the staff being lovely with children and for their space being organised in a way that leaves some room/privacy for everyone. Having said that, the nicest part of the experience was the attentive, warm service - they really go an extra mile for every single guest, even when the place got crowded later in the evening, and we were almost leaving, they still paid attention to us and made sure that we left happy. Plus - a large vegetarian choice. Cant recommend more, its the kind of a local business that should be supported!

Kimberley Shaw We stayed at the windmill for two nights and would highly recommend it. The location is excellent, close to Clapham Common tube station. We were lucky enough to get our room upgraded which was a lovely touch for my boyfriend’s birthday. The room was great, very comfy bed, lovely powerful shower and it had some lovely extra touches such as the honesty box and mini fridge all of goodies. We also got a complimentary cocktail voucher each to use at the bar. The bar had a lovely buzzing atmosphere and was really cosy with the fire lit. There was an excellent selection of drinks. We also had dinner and breakfast here which was delicious and really good value and quality. Overall a wonderful stay and experience.
