Dishoom Canary Wharf - (Near , South East)

5 /5 Ankita Katiyar: Dishoom is hands down my favourite place in London for proper Mumbai street food. It never misses. The bun maska with chai is pure comfort, pav bhaji is rich and nostalgic, and the vada pav always hits the spot. This time, I was pleasantly surprised by the pineapple tandoori chaat, so good, perfectly balanced and packed with flavour. The paneer rumali rolls were another standout, soft, smoky, and super satisfying. Beyond the food, the ambiance, the vibe, and the service make the whole experience special every single time. I honestly go to Dishoom every other weekend, and that’s not changing anytime soon. Absolute favourite.

4 /5 Jeffrey Soley: Visited on Saturday, 24th January 2026 for a birthday meal of a friend. It is a very busy restaurant, and we were issued with a buzzer even though we had booked. The wait wasnt long, but there isnt allot of space to stand around. Once we were seated in a booth, the look and vibe were very good, but the noise level was quite high, which didnt help when the waitress had the highest-pitched but also quietest voice I have come across. Once ordered, our food was delivered quickly and was of very high quality, and as the dessert was for a birthday, it was minus ed off the bill, which was a nice touch, though the auto inclusion of a service charge at a higher than 10% isnt something I like to see, especially at the prices charged at this chain.

5 /5 Michelle: Exceptional food with impeccable service. Went in on a very busy Saturday that was also valentine’s day, with no reservation I didn’t expect to get a table, it’s great to see a restaurant staff not turning away anyone, without trying. I have been to so many chain restaurants, where you can tell the staff have no motivation to serve anymore customers than absolutely necessary, but not here, we were very welcomed (had to wait at the bar) but a table came available pretty quickly. Our server was Mishi, he was polite and knowledgeable about the food, spice levels and ingredients. The food was amazing, butter chicken was hot and creamy with quality meat that fell apart without being chewy and the Prawns were some of the best I have ever had. Watching the staff busy cleaning tables and serving food you can see they are a great team, I went to the bathroom before leaving this is where a business can let themselves down, but they were all clean, not broken locks and fully stocked paper and soap. we were greeted as wonderfully as we were leaving as we were when we arrived. 5 /5 Daniel Nyiri: Loved the vibe at Dishoom, such a great experience from start to finish. The service was fantastic and you can really tell there’s a lot of attention to detail in everything, from the atmosphere to the presentation. The food was delicious across the board. We went all in and tried everything on the menu that had meat, from appetizers to mains to desserts, and genuinely enjoyed it all. My only note is that the portions felt a bit small for me personally (I do eat a lot!), but the quality absolutely delivered. Would definitely go back.
