East African Restaurant - (Near Hampshire, South East)

Mark Lovell Booked a table at this lovely bar and restaurant, what a experience. Had a drink in the bar first, great service and lovely atmosphere, then went into the restaurant. We ordered Thai fishcakes and prawn cocktail for starters, really well presented and very tasty, and main course was house burger with fries, and chicken pork pie and side vegetable. Very big portions and very well presented and exceptionally tasty, great service too. 3 drinks ,starters and mains £51 . Great price

Tina Thompson By far the nicest kebab in Portsmouth and the staff are so lovely and friendly. I’m an extremely fussy eater who had special instructions and the staff even called to check what I ordered was intact what I wanted. The food itself was 10/10 - the flavour of the Shawarma was unreal.

Eeman Qamar Lovely little place with authentic, home cooked fresh food. The Desi chai hits the spot, so well made with a sprinkle of sweet cinnamon. Tried the Filipino Pan-set with beef on owner’s recommendation and it did not disappoint! I can eat it all day every day, the beautiful velvety beef just mets in your mouth and those spring rolls are to die for. The noodles are perfect and light and the portion size is generous, I ate to my content and still had enough leftover for another meal. I would definitely come back and recommend it to everyone.

Kalvin Juan Great place for peri-peri chicken! The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavour. The chicken was perfectly grilled with just the right level of spice, and the peri-peri sauce was delicious. The fries were crispy and the portions were generous. Staff were friendly and the service was quick. Overall a really good spot if you’re craving tasty, spicy chicken. I’ll definitely be coming back!
